Just use a format like this - simplicity and legibility is what you're after:

You may consider listing any special achievements here in brief.




Work History:

Company Give full, proper name: XYZ New Zealand Ltd

Dates Be specific: January 2006 – May 2008

Position Job Title: Apprentice Car Mechanic

Duties: List duties and responsibilities, including details of any supervision responsibilities.

Reason for Leaving: Give the real reason, employers will check.

Repeat for each job back for up to 15 years. Names and stays only will suffice for jobs older than that.



Referees are available upon request.
